Ginger cookies
Sweet, with a spice flavour and superbly crispy. Great as a snack, Christmas gift or Christmas tree decoration.
Ingredients:
• 200 g plain flour
• 50 g icing sugar
• 100 g butter
• 10 g gingerbread spice
• 2-3 tbs honey
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
• 1 yolk
Preparation:
Combine all of the ingredients with yolk in one bowl and chop. Crease the dough, wrap it in clingfilm and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll the dough. Roll to the desired thickness. Cut the dough with moulds or stamps. Put on a baking sheet placed on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes at 175°C degrees.
