We all love traditional herring with apple. Breaking its flavour with an exotic sweet mango will give you unforgettable memories. How about trying this?
Ingredients:
• 300 g herring
• 1 apple
• 1/2 Spanish onion
• 1 mango
• 2 tbs plain yoghurt
• 1 tbs mayonnaise
• 1 pinch of salt, pepper
Preparation:
Chop all of the ingredients into thick cubes, cut the onions into slivers, finely chop the parsley and leave a few leaves for the garnish. Combine everything with yoghurt and mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper and, if desired, lemon juice - if the herring is sour enough do not add lemon juice.
